Billing Help

Everything a club admin needs to move from trial into a live NextXI subscription.

This page is the billing support route for clubs sitting inside the 14-day setup buffer or a paused non-player access state. It keeps the next step clear: choose the plan, open the billing card, and reactivate the club cleanly.

Which state are you in?

The advice below now reads the real club subscription state when you are signed in.

Signed outLive billing signal

Sign in as the club admin to see the live subscription state.

Billing help still explains the rollout path, but the page cannot identify whether the club is active, in trial, or paused until a real account is open.

How this works

The page uses the same rules as the portal.

The panel above reads the same subscription helper used inside the protected workspace, so trial, paused, active, and player-exempt states stay consistent everywhere.

Active means the club already has a usable Stripe subscription state.
Trial means the club is still inside the 14-day setup buffer.
Paused means the grace period has ended for non-player access.
Setup steps

The fastest route back into live billing.

01

Choose the right plan

Starter covers a single team at GBP 9.99 per month. Growth opens the platform across unlimited teams at GBP 19.99 per month. Both begin with the same 14-day setup buffer.

02

Open the portal billing card

Club admins can use the subscription status chip in the portal sidebar, topbar, or mobile banner to jump straight into the billing card without hunting through tabs.

03

Start or manage the Stripe subscription

If billing has not started yet, launch the subscription checkout. If the club has already subscribed, use manage billing to update the plan or reopen an interrupted setup.

04

Return to full club access

Once the subscription is live, non-player accounts keep full portal access while players remain unaffected by the billing gate either way.

If the club is still in trial

Finish setup before the grace window closes

Use the portal subscription chip to jump straight into the billing card, confirm the plan, and switch from setup mode into live rollout before non-player access pauses.

Return to start subscription after login
If access is already paused

Reactivate the club subscription

Open the club admin account, go straight to the subscription card, and restart billing so coaches, staff, and family accounts can get back into the full workspace.

FAQs

Common questions around paused access, plans, and rollout.

What happens during the 14-day trial window?

Club admins, coaches, treasurers, parents, and other non-player accounts can keep building the workspace while the club decides which plan to activate. The portal shows how many days are left and where billing lives.

What happens when the trial window ends without payment?

The club moves into a paused state for non-player access. Player accounts stay exempt, but admin and staff users need the subscription reactivated before the full workspace reopens.

Can the club change plan later?

Yes. A club can start on the 1 Team plan and move to Unlimited Teams later when rollout expands.

Who should handle billing inside the club?

Normally the club admin or treasurer should own this step so Stripe setup, renewals, and plan changes stay with the right person.

Do players lose their NextXI Passport data if billing pauses?

No. The player history, cards, and club data remain in place. The paused state is an access gate, not a data deletion event.

What if the club wants help before going live?

Use the demo route if you want a guided walkthrough of plans, billing, rollout order, or how the portal should be set up for your club structure.

Next step

Pick the route that gets the club moving again.

Go back into the portal if you are ready to activate billing, compare the plans if you still need to decide, or book a walkthrough if you want help setting the club up properly.
