One subscription covers the club's plan. Linked players and parents do not need their own NEXTXI subscription. Club membership fees, match fees and other club charges are separate.
Your workspace trial starts when your club is created. Choose Starter, Growth or Academy during setup; choosing a plan does not charge you.
Open Finance when you want to activate paid billing. Stripe checkout confirms the subscription details and payment method before you complete it. If your access expires without a subscription, staff and parent workspace access pauses; expiry does not itself delete club records.

Linked players and parents do not need a personal NEXTXI subscription. The Academy tier uses the existing full-academy package, previously described as Enterprise. Fees that your club charges its members are separate from its NEXTXI subscription.
Membership and match fee tools are included in Starter, Growth and Academy, within each plan's team access. Your club chooses whether to charge a season membership, match fees, both or neither.
Assign memberships, track family balances, record confirmed cash with the right permissions and follow up on unpaid fees. The amount your club charges players is separate from the NEXTXI plan price.

Use Stripe-connected checkout to collect payments; the club manages the amounts it asks members and supporters to pay. Online collection becomes available once the club's payment setup is ready.
Explore fundraising and sponsorship →Player and club media uploads support images up to 10 MB, videos up to 150 MB and documents up to 15 MB per file. Social Studio has separate limits: images up to 8 MB, MP4 videos up to 100 MB and 1 GB uploaded per club per day.
Check with support if you are planning a large archive or a video-heavy rollout. These per-file limits do not imply unlimited storage.
Ask about your media requirements →Player-role access is treated separately from the club's staff and parent subscription gate. Access still depends on account status, links and permissions. Use the available card, Passport and history exports to keep copies of supported records.
Data retention and account deletion follow the privacy policy; a player history is not an unconditional promise of permanent hosting.
