These terms govern use of the NEXTXI website, club portal and iOS and Android mobile apps.
NEXTXI has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these terms and to follow the Community Safety Rules below.
NEXTXI grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the service for lawful football and club activities. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, interfere with or misuse the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
You must accept the current EULA before registering or signing in to the mobile app. Continued use after a clearly notified material update means you accept the revised terms.
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details and use only accounts and club records you are authorised to access. Club administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and promptly removing access that is no longer required.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly tell us it has been compromised.
You must not upload, send or publish content that is illegal, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit or exploitative, bullying, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, impersonating, invasive of privacy, spam, or otherwise harmful or objectionable. Grooming, child sexual abuse material, credible threats and attempts to expose private safeguarding, medical or contact information are strictly prohibited.
Do not use NEXTXI to organise dangerous behaviour or evade a club, league, governing-body or legal safeguarding requirement. NEXTXI is not an emergency service.
Messages are checked for common objectionable language before publication. Every user-generated message from another member includes Report and Block controls. Reporting immediately hides that message for the reporter. Blocking immediately removes that user's messages from the blocker's feed and sends a moderation report to NEXTXI.
NEXTXI reviews objectionable-content reports within 24 hours. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or eject abusive users, notify the relevant club administrator or safeguarding lead, preserve evidence, and contact law enforcement or another authority where required to protect a person or comply with law.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant NEXTXI the limited worldwide licence needed to host, process, reproduce and display that content to authorised users and operate requested cards, media, reports, club sites and other features. You must have the rights and permissions needed for every photo, video, logo, document and message you submit.
Youth accounts and records must be managed through appropriate club and parent or guardian arrangements. Adults must not use private channels or player information in a way that breaches club safeguarding policies. Immediate risk should be reported to emergency services and the appropriate club or governing-body safeguarding lead.
Prices, billing periods, trial terms and any club fundraising or matchday contribution are shown before payment. Clubs are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of club-configured charges. Payment processing may be provided by Stripe or an app-store operator under its own terms.
Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the platform, scrape private data, upload malware, manipulate votes or football records, or use NEXTXI for advertising surveillance. AI-assisted summaries and football information can be incomplete and must be checked by an authorised adult before important decisions.
The service is provided with reasonable care but availability cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, NEXTXI is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
We may remove content or suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, a person may be at risk, a club relationship ends, payment is overdue, or action is reasonably required to protect NEXTXI or comply with law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
