Season membership only
Assign one membership fee for the season, with its amount, due date and any notes for families.
Club payments, connected
Set your season fees, see who has paid and give families one place to check their children's memberships. Keep online payments, cash records and match fees organised in NEXTXI.
No card needed to create the trial. Your club's membership fees are separate from its NEXTXI subscription.
Memberships and match fees stay separate.
Your club, your fee structure
Grassroots clubs collect fees in different ways. Choose the approach that fits your season without mixing membership balances into matchday charges.
Assign one membership fee for the season, with its amount, due date and any notes for families.
Collect a season membership and manage individual match fees separately. Keep each charge and its payment status clear.
Use the existing matchday fee tools without assigning a season membership.
Leave season memberships and match charges unassigned when your club does not charge players.
From setup to the family account
Choose a name, season, amount and due date. Mark it required or optional and add notes explaining what families are paying for.
Club admins and authorised managers can assign the fee to a whole team or individual players. Review the assignments before confirming. Reassigning the same membership does not create a duplicate charge.
Linked players and parents receive an in-app notification. Parents can check fees for all their linked children, with each membership's amount, unpaid or paid status and payment date.
Filter the ledger by team, season, status and payment method. See overdue balances and send reminders with a recorded reminder time and a 24-hour limit between repeat reminders.
An overdue membership does not automatically block a child from team selection.
Online and cash payments
Keep the family view and the club ledger connected, with a history of who recorded each change.
Online checkout uses the club's connected Stripe account. A membership is marked paid after Stripe confirms the payment, rather than just when someone returns from checkout.
Online membership collections carry the existing 5% NEXTXI platform fee plus Stripe processing charges. These are separate from the club's monthly subscription.
See plans and payment chargesAuthorised staff can confirm a cash payment after receiving the full amount. NEXTXI keeps the amount, date, reference and person who entered it.
Club admins can reverse a mistaken cash entry or record cash that has actually been refunded, with a reason and the original history retained. Recording a refund does not transfer money.

No. A season membership is a fee your football club sets for a player. The NEXTXI subscription is what the club pays to use the platform. Linked players and parents do not need a separate personal NEXTXI subscription.
Yes. Assign a season membership and configure individual match charges in the matchday fee tools. Memberships and match fees stay separate so families and staff can see what each amount covers.
Yes. Parents can see membership fees for their linked children together, including outstanding balances and paid records. Each player's membership has its own payment record and checkout.
Managers can manage memberships for their authorised teams. Club admins can also grant staff membership management and cash-recording permissions separately. Cash should only be marked paid after the club has received the full amount.
The fee and unpaid status remain visible. Families are told that online payments are not available for the club yet and to contact the club about how to pay. They are not shown an active Pay button for an unavailable checkout.
No. NEXTXI identifies overdue unpaid memberships and lets authorised staff send reminders, but it does not automatically block a player from selection. Repeat reminders are limited to one per 24 hours.
