Start with a useful activity

Choose from 44 original activities with English and Welsh instructions, diagrams, coaching points and easier or harder variations. Adapt a copy for your players.

Give every coach a clear job

Set parallel stations and temporary groups, give every coach a role, and separate what players arrive wearing from the bibs you provide.

Share clarity with families

Publish each linked child's practical instructions while coaching notes stay private. Viewing a plan and confirming availability remain separate actions.

Questions from coaches and families

Can we plan the drills as well as the training date?

Yes. Authorised coaches can add a detailed plan to an existing training session on the web. Set the focus, timings, equipment, temporary groups and coach responsibilities, then save privately before publishing the player instructions.

Does NEXTXI include football drills and diagrams?

The planner starts with 44 original activities and diagrams, with English and Welsh content. Filter for the players, age, experience, time, equipment and space you have. Coaches review suitability before sharing, and can adapt an activity or add their own permitted content.

Can different groups train at the same time?

Yes. Put parallel stations in one programme block, allocate groups and coaches, and set each location and responsibility. The block counts once in the session timing. Conflict checks flag players or coaches assigned to different activities at the same time.

What can players and parents see?

On the web, invited players and currently linked parents or guardians can view their own published plan from Schedule or its notification. It includes arrival instructions, relevant groups, clothing and supplied bibs, activities, diagrams and coaches. Private coaching notes and other players’ group rosters stay private.

Can families view the drills in the mobile app?

Shared drill viewing is available on the web now. Viewing published session plans in the iOS and Android apps is planned for the next app update. Coaches build and publish the detailed session plan on the web.

Does reading a plan confirm attendance?

No. Viewing or acknowledging the plan, replying Going, Maybe or Not going, and the coach’s attendance register are separate. Families can understand the session without accidentally changing their availability response.
