Connect team socials and schedule posts
Connect official team profiles, prepare approved media, schedule automatic publishing and include selected profile links on the club website.
Connect the team account
Open Engage → Social Media → Connections. Select the team or teams, choose the platform and authorise its account. Facebook connects Pages and their linked professional Instagram accounts. For YouTube, select the correct channel during Google authorisation. Confirm the exact account when you return to NEXTXI.
Prepare the post
Choose Create post, select teams and exact destination accounts, upload an approved photo or MP4, and add a title and caption. A shared account receives the post only once. Facebook and X support text-only posts; Instagram requires media and YouTube requires a video.
Check platform settings
Facebook/Instagram Reels use portrait 9:16 video, 4–60 seconds. NEXTXI supports X videos up to 2 minutes 20 seconds and YouTube videos up to 15 minutes, within the 100 MB upload cap. Keep X captions short. For YouTube, choose private, unlisted or public visibility and explicitly state whether the video is made for children. Public/unlisted YouTube uploads require NEXTXI's API audit approval.
Confirm or schedule
Save a private draft, publish now, or select a future date and time zone. Confirm sharing consent, review the destinations and settings, then confirm. The background worker handles publishing even after you close the browser; platform processing may mean it appears after the target minute.
Monitor and correct
Use Posts or Calendar and filter by team, platform or status. Edit, reschedule or cancel before processing starts. Check Needs attention on the actual social platform before creating a replacement, since an interrupted response may mean the post was already sent. Safe retry is offered only where appropriate.
Show official profiles on the website
Open the club website builder → Social links. Enable team social links, select the connected profiles, then preview and publish. Links appear on the matching team cards, not as embedded feeds. Deselect and republish to remove a live link. Never select a junior player's personal profile.
Checks that prevent common mistakes
- TikTok is not included in this release.
- X needs API credits; Google OAuth verification and YouTube API audit are separate approval processes.
- Disconnecting stops future posts but does not delete content already sent to a platform.
