Upload a club badge and the default player portrait
Use Club Media for the badge and Player Access → Card portrait for the player’s default image, without replacing photos on previously received cards.

Open Club Media
Club admins can use Dashboard / Club home → Open club media to reach Club and team badges. Choose the Club badge file and Upload club badge. Use a clear PNG, JPEG or WebP with the complete crest inside the image. A tall or wide crest should fit inside its badge frame without being stretched.
Check the badge background
A transparent PNG works well over the club colours. A white or checkerboard background baked into the uploaded image remains part of that image; use an approved transparent source if you want no background. Check the crest on both desktop and phone.
Choose the profile portrait
Open Players → Player Access, check Selected player and choose Card portrait. This is the Profile & default card portrait for that player. Linked accounts and outgoing Transfers share the same selected player.
Prepare and preview the image
Choose Portrait image using JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 8 MB. Use a clear full-player or head-and-shoulders photo with permission. Leave Remove background automatically enabled and choose Remove background & preview, or disable it and choose Fit to safe area. Check the face, hair and kit before saving.
Save the default portrait
Choose Upload card portrait or Replace card portrait. Wait for the success message and inspect the preview. New cards use this profile photo by default; previously received cards keep their issued photos.
Use a different photo for one new card
To attach a one-off award photo, leave the profile portrait in place and use Card photo (optional) when issuing in Players → Awards. Attach new photo changes that new card only. If you attach nothing, NEXTXI uses the current profile photo.
Checks that prevent common mistakes
- Avoid compressed screenshots and keep important parts of the player inside the photo safe area.
- Background removal can take longer on first use while the browser prepares the portrait model.
- A card-specific upload does not update the player profile or rewrite earlier received cards.
