Build and publish the club website
How to turn the private NEXTXI workspace into a controlled public club site without exposing private player or family data.

Choose a club identity
Open Club → Website, then Branding. Choose Heritage, Modern, Performance, Community or Matchday. Themes change typography and styling without replacing your colours or content. Use the suggested theme palette separately if you want a fresh starting point; Undo restores your latest change.
Give the homepage a focal point
Upload a wide, approved ground or club photograph for the hero. Keep important subjects near the centre so the picture crops well on phones. Without a photograph, the site uses club-coloured pitch artwork. Set the headline, introduction and motto. The match spotlight shows the first published fixture when the Next fixture block is enabled, otherwise the latest result when its block is enabled, or the club motto.
Choose public sections
Enable only the pages the club will maintain, such as teams, fixtures, results, honours, news, gallery, sponsors and contact.
Arrange the homepage
Choose Matchday first, Club story or Community to reorder the blocks you already selected. These shortcuts do not add or publish anything. Move individual blocks afterwards to fine-tune the order. Team cards link to team-filtered fixtures and results when those pages are enabled.
Add the gallery and partners
Upload approved gallery photographs and sponsor logos directly in the builder; HTTPS image URLs are also supported. Give photos an accessible description and a public caption. Supporters can open gallery images in a full-screen viewer, use Previous and Next or arrow keys, and press Escape to close. Enable the Gallery and Sponsors pages and their homepage blocks where required.
Publish competition leaders
In League & cup, choose the competitions to feature and optionally enable Top goalscorers, Top assists or both. NEXTXI uses the recorded season totals plus approved manual corrections, and publishes only players registered to your club. Confirm player or guardian consent before making names public.
Check phone and desktop layouts
Use the Desktop, Laptop, Tablet and Mobile preview controls. Check long club names, photographs and headings at each size. Click a preview block to edit it. The mobile site uses an expandable menu, and wide competition tables scroll within their own panels.
Choose team social links
In Social links, optionally enable public profile links and select the team's connected Facebook, Instagram, X or YouTube accounts. Connect accounts first through Engage → Social Media. Links appear on matching team cards only after publishing; do not include personal junior-player accounts.
Review privacy
Review the selected content and public names before publishing. Registration, medical information, family details, attendance and private messages must never appear on the public site.
Set search information
Write a unique page title and description using the club name, location and football offering. Confirm the chosen nextxi.football/clubs address.
Publish and maintain
Save draft keeps changes private. Publish website replaces the public snapshot only after your review. Open the live site and check every enabled page. Republish after changes to fixtures, results, competition tables, leaders or club information: these public pages are published snapshots, not a live feed from your private workspace.
Checks that prevent common mistakes
- Use one clear club name everywhere.
- Only publish photos covered by the club's permissions.
- Do not keyword-stuff the title or description.
