Run voting, issue awards and unlock cards
Configure award rules, verify the result and issue the right achievement without changing the player’s profile or earlier card photos.

Open Awards and choose the task
Go to Players → Awards. Use the compact tabs: Dashboard, Match awards, Monthly awards, End of season, Voting, Winners, Special cards, Create award and Awards Night. Choose the relevant team filter before reviewing records or making a selection.
Configure the award and voting rules
For an award you are authorised to manage, choose the template, recipient type and team scope. For voting awards, set eligible voter groups, the closing period, visibility, minimum votes and applicable no-self-vote or participation rules. Manager-selected and automatic awards use their own selection rules.
Open and monitor the presentation
Create the award presentation with its fixture or period, season and eligible nominees. Review the correct voting round and its status. Use the team, season and search filters to review the relevant awards.
Review the result and optional card photo
For a manager choice, select the recipient. Before finalising an eligible player-card award, open Card photo (optional) and check the named player. Attach new photo prepares a JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 8 MB for this card; Use profile photo removes that override. Voting and automatic rounds can prepare nominee photos, but only winners receive cards.
Issue the achievement
Use the action offered for the award: Finalize result after a vote closes, Award selected person for a manager choice, Run automatic award, or the relevant team or club trophy action. Wait for confirmation. Card-specific photos leave the profile and previously received cards unchanged; no new photo means the current profile photo is used.
Review winners and the card collection
Check Winners, then open Players → Cards. Search or filter the collection and select a player to see Overview, Cards, Scrapbook, Seasons and Exports. Use Download or the card’s more-actions menu for the available sharing and Passport actions.
Checks that prevent common mistakes
- Keep voting rules consistent and review the eligibility feedback before finalising.
- Under Create award, use Club selections for Team of the Week, Month and Season cards when it is available to your role.
- Automatic awards and collective trophies do not all expose a manual photo step; prepare the default profile portrait before those cards are generated.
