Manage equipment and QR labels
How managers use the Equipment area to maintain accurate stock and accountable handovers.
Create the inventory item
Open Club, then Equipment. Add the item, category, total quantity, storage location and replacement threshold.
Print the QR label
Open the asset page, choose the label layout and print. Place the label where it can be scanned without damaging safety information or the item.
Check equipment out
Assign the quantity to a team, player or staff member and record any related team and notes. The available quantity updates immediately.
Record the return
When equipment comes back, close the assignment and confirm the condition. Do not create a second assignment to represent a return.
Handle damage or loss
Mark the item damaged, under repair or lost and attach evidence through the incident workflow when needed. Restore it to stock only after the issue is resolved.
Review before matchday
Use low-stock alerts and the matchday checklist before travel so the assigned manager can close gaps early.
Checks that prevent common mistakes
- Use one inventory record for identical bulk items and quantities.
- Keep asset labels readable and replace damaged labels.
- Do not write off an item that is still assigned to someone.
