Configure sponsors, media walls and Presentation Night
A web-to-mobile workflow for sponsor records, active agreements, team and player walls, and end-of-season presentation slides.
Add the sponsor
Open Fundraising, then Sponsors. Add the public sponsor name, approved website and a clear PNG, JPEG or WebP logo. Record public-usage approval.
Create the active agreement
Add the start and end dates, supported teams and approved display locations. Mobile walls only use active, in-date, publicly approved sponsors.
Choose the wall scope
Open Media Studio and create a club default, team wall, player wall or Presentation Night slide. A player-specific wall takes priority over a team and club default.
Order the sponsor placements
Select the sponsors and arrange their display order. Use the preview to check contrast, spacing and the number of logos before publishing.
Publish the layout
Save as draft until approved, then publish. The mobile Media Studio receives only published, audience-appropriate wall configurations.
Capture in the mobile app
Refresh the mobile account, open Media Studio, choose Sponsors or Presentation Night and take the team, player or staff photo with the approved wall.
Checks that prevent common mistakes
- Keep historic Presentation Night slides published as snapshots rather than silently changing old sponsors.
- Use transparent logos with adequate padding.
- Archive an expired wall instead of deleting the sponsorship history.
