Link player and parent accounts
Connect an existing player record to the correct family account using the shared player selector and private join links.

Select the player once
Open Players → Player Access and check Selected player, their team and NXI ID. Linked accounts, Card portrait and outgoing Transfers use this same player selection, so verify the name before each action.
Choose who is joining
In Linked accounts, choose Parent / guardian or Player with own login. Add an optional email to restrict who can claim the code, or leave it blank for a code-only invitation.
Create and share the invitation
Choose Create parent link code or Create player join code. Use Copy code or Copy join link and share privately. Open email is available when an email invitation is prepared. A code-only invitation is claimed by the first signed-in account to use it.
Have the recipient join the existing club
The recipient opens the join link, or chooses Join an existing club at signup and enters the invitation. They sign in or create their own account and follow any verification prompts. The invitation links the existing player record; it does not create a new club or player.
Confirm the linked account
Return to Linked accounts for the selected player and check for Linked. Unclaimed links is a separate club-wide view of invitations available to your account; search by player name or invited email, then use Open player to return to that player.
Complete registration separately
A claimed account link does not mean the registration has been signed. Open Players → Registrations to check Form status and Family access separately, then ask the linked parent or player to complete their own declaration.
Checks that prevent common mistakes
- Never post join codes in public or group chats. If a code reaches the wrong person or the wrong account claims it, contact the club admin or NEXTXI Support to correct access.
- Parents use their own account to link a child; the child does not need an email on their club record. Players need a separate account only when they require their own login.
- Changing Selected player clears unfinished invitation and portrait inputs. Complete the current action first.
- Transfers has a separate outgoing code and incoming Destination team form. Use transfer codes only for an authorised club move.
